By purchasing the digital media, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize the photos for marketing purposes. The photos may not be given or sold to a third party such as a contractor, stager, designer, etc. The photographer retains full copyrights to the images produced. This transaction of digital media is a transference of copyright usage to the customer. All images are licensed for 12 months.
