Licensing Policy

By booking an appointment, you are paying for appropriate licensing to utilize the photos to market the sale of the property or advertise yourself / your business. The photos may not be given or sold to a third party such as a contractor, stager, designer, etc. The photographer retains full copyrights to the images/videos produced. This transaction of digital media is a transference of copyright usage to the customer. All images/videos are licensed for a limited time. Purchasing the photos/video gives you the ability to market/advertise via Facebook/Instagram/WEB etc. Absolutely no resell of images or videos allowed.
